Instructions for registering and pay the fee

To register for CKM 2025 workshop, please execute these 2 steps:

1. Fill out the form on the indico web page.
2. Follow this link to register with our partner agency (Kassiopea) and to pay the fee (also for the accompanying person).

Upon the completion of these steps, your registration will be considered as complete.

Registration Fee

The fee covers

• a welcome drink,
• a social dinner,
• an excursion,
• lunches MON-THU
• coffee breaks.

Upon request, a childcare service will also be actived during the workshop. Please indicate it in the registrations form.

If you have accompanying person(s) you may indicate it in the registration form. The fee for the accompanying persons wishing to join the social activities (welcome drink, social dinner and excursion) is: XXX.

Cancellation Policy

• Registrants cancelling before XXX will receive a fee refund minus the secretary costs.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
