Fees:

• Early registration (until 30th of June 2025): 520 EUR
• Regular registration (1st July – 15th August 2025): 650 EUR
• Late registration (15th to 30th of August 2025): 680 EUR
• Early registration students – includes PhD students (until 30th June 2025): 400 EUR
• Regular/Late registration students (since 1st July 2025 ): 450 EUR

Accompanying person:

• Social program only (welcome drink, social dinner and excursion): 160 EUR
• Social program and lunches (Mon-Thu): 280 EUR

The fee includes:

• Full attendance at the workshop program
• Workshop material
• Coffee breaks

• Social Program:

  • Conference dinner
• Child care (if applicable): upon request, a childcare service will be activated during the workshop. Please indicate it in the registration form and send us by mail (ckm2025loc@lists.ca.infn.it) the age of the child(ren).

Cancellation Policy

• Registrants cancelling before July 31st 2025 (included) are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Registrants cancelling from August 1st 2025 (included) will not receive a refund.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
