The workshop fee includes a welcome drink that will take place on Monday in the terrace of the Hotel Regina Margherita.

A social dinner is foreseen on Thursday evening at Lungomare Antica Cagliari, in front of the Poetto Cagliari beach.

Finally, a tour will be held to show you more of the beauty of Sardinia on Wednesday afternoon. You will be able to choose among:

  1. Visit to the village of San Sperate and Sound Garden Museum (limited spaces available). Visitors will be accompanied by guides through the characteristic streets of this Campidanese town, rich in installations, frescoes, and murals. This social tour will then take you on a journey to discover the Pietra Sonora (Sound Stone) at the Giardino Sonoro (Sound Garden Museum). The open-air museum, created by internationally renowned artist Pinuccio Sciola, is located in San Sperate and houses 849 works in basalt, limestone, and granite that you will be able to play. In this timeless space, visitors have the opportunity to awaken their five senses through an educational journey into minerals and their related acoustic properties. For example, they can experience the liquid, high-pitched sound of limestone or the deep, enveloping sound of basalt.
  2. Discover the ancient city of Nora, one of Sardinia’s most important archaeological sites (limited places available). Accompanied by specialized guides, you’ll explore the remains of Roman baths, mosaics, temples, and the impressive theater overlooking the sea. As you walk through this open-air museum, you’ll uncover the history of a city that was once a thriving Phoenician, Punic, and Roman settlement. The tour offers a fascinating journey through time, blending archaeology, history, and stunning coastal scenery.
  3. Walking tour through the heart of Cagliari, led by expert local guides. As you stroll through the historic districts of Castello, Stampace, and Marina, you’ll uncover the city’s authentic soul—ancient churches, noble palaces, medieval towers, and breathtaking panoramic views. This tour is a journey through history, art, and tradition, revealing the hidden stories of Cagliari from its origins to the present day.
